NO CHAINING STATE LAW
PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE LAW (CLICK ON THE "NO CHAINING LAW ABOVE) AND IF YOU SEE ANY VIOLATIONS, PLEASE CALL THEM IN TO THE CITY.  THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN STOP THE CHAINING OF DOGS IN OUR TOWN.  BE SURE TO KEEP AN ACCOUNT OF THE DATE, TIME, ADDRESS, AND WHEN YOU CALLED IT IN.
AND PLEASE REPORT IT TO US ALSO. WE'VE HAD SOME HOT WEATHER, AND THERE ARE DOGS CHAINED OUT IN IT WITHOUT WATER.
